1. Q: Can you do OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, we offer OEM & ODM. We can customize Logo & Slogan, as well as package and manual of the products. We can also make mold as per clients requests.
2. Q: How can you guarantee quality?
A: Always a pre-production sample before mass production;Always final Inspection before shipment.
3. Q: How long do i need to wait before my goods arrive?
A: It depends on the logistic type that you have selected, we offer UPS Express (1-2 business days), UPS Saver (2-3 business days), UPS Korea (7-9 business days) and a variety of Ocean logistic services (11-30 business days). Usually it takes 5-35 business days for our clients to receive their goods after the order process is completed.
4. Q: What should we do if there is some problems with the products we bought from you?
A: At PETRAM we always send out sample product or examination videos before we begin mass production or before we start shipping. However, defects or errors may occur due to variety of reasons. Please contact us and point out exactly what the problem is and we will give our clients at least 2 options to choose from.
5. Q: Does package come with battery inside?
A: It depends on the battery type. Item that comes CR1632, CR2032, CR2450, CR123A or any other battery types that starts with "CR" will comes with battery inside. Batteries like AA or AAA, we most likely will not have the battery included due to logistic reasons. Except Walker's Ear Muff, those ear muffs comes with 2 AAA batteries. We will include batteries in Walker's Ear Muff.
6. Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes we offer samples with extra charge. We charge the price of the product and 10 USD for logistic fees, we will most likely send you the item via UPS, FEDEX or DHL.
7. Q: What are your terms of payment?
A: We only accept T/T at the moment.
8. Q: How can I track my order?
A: If you choose Ocean logistic service, we will provide you with a FEDEX or UPS tracking number on the day the order leaves port and tracking will update when order arrives at the designated port.If you choose Air logistic service, we will provide you with a UPS tracking number on the day the order gets on the plane and tracking will update within 1 business day.
